We endeavour to despatch all goods within 48 hours of the order being placed on our system. Standard postage and packing costs to a UK address per item is £4.95. If your order total is over £40.00 then your goods will be sent free of charge. Depending on the weight of your total order, you package will be sent either by Royal Mail or My Hermes courier. Either way we expect it to land at your door within 5 working days of your order being placed. You will need to sign for your delivery. If you require your items to arrive faster please contact us (HERE) with your requirements and we will provide a bespoke quote for upgraded delivery options and provide Paypal details for you to send payment.
We hope you are happy with your purchase from Soled 4 Kids. However, you can return any item for an exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied with it excluding sale items. Sale items must be returned within 14 days. Returned items must be returned to us unworn and in the original condition you received them from us. Please include your name and address so we can identify your order on our system. We will assume your order is cancelled and we will refund the full amount. If you would rather have replacement goods, Soled 4 Kids can arrange for delivery to you; this constitutes a separate contract between you and Soled 4 Kids
We advise you to send your shoes back via a recorded post service and get a proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. The items are your responsibility until they reach our shop. This will ensure that you will receive a full refund even if your goods are mislaid in the post.
Please don’t forget to email us at [email protected] advising if you require a refund or exchange. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We can only refund to the Paypal account originally used for payment. Please tell us why you are returning your item(s) to help us to improve our service and goods in the future. We endeavour to process postal return refunds/exchanges as soon as possible, but please allow 10 working days to be credited in your account.
We will only refund the delivery and postal charges on damaged or defective goods.
